All Saints Road, W11
You often hear the phrase ‘small but perfectly formed’. If that were to apply to any flat we have been instructed on recently, it would be this one on All Saints Road. It was simply the perfect little flat with everything a buyer could want.
First, it had its own private entrance, but it was on climbing the staircase that the beauty of the flat was revealed. The open-plan reception was an ideal entertaining space. Muted colours were used throughout with a shocking splash of colour added in unexpected places to ensure this flat was anything but boring.
The galley kitchen with its sleek units, industrial lighting and American-sized fridge freezer provided ample room to knock out even the most complicated meal. Meanwhile guests could cosy up in the dining snug area that harked back to American diners. The room expanded into a chic lounge with an L-shaped sofa and trendy modern artwork. Everywhere you looked there was texture, whether it be the velveteen sofa, the woolly tufted rug or the felt cushions.
When the parties are over, the owners could slip upstairs to the two generously proportioned bedrooms with ample storage space. Rooflines were raised to create an even greater sense of space, and the light-reflective fabrics used on many of the soft furnishings made the rooms feel light and airy.
Although the roof terrace was undemised, its potential was obvious. We are certain the new owners would be sorely tempted to make the most of it and create a little urban oasis to complement this gorgeous apartment.
